- I can usually be found in one of four places: at the gym, in my car, outside on a run, or at home in my pajamas. I own my own fitness studio, LifestyleFIT, and work as an independent personal trainer and fitness consultant in San Francisco. I have an MS in Exercise Physiology and a BA in Psychology. I love having the opportunity to help someone everyday and to be surrounded by so many people that care about me and enrich my life. I believe that we learn the most from people and experiences and I hope that I can continue to help myself and others to do fabulous things. My motto is "Life is a gift, keep it fit" and I want to always inspire others to feel the same way.
